On Monday I spoke a little about how having a schedule keeps me on track, gives my days purpose and stops me feeling unproductive. I really do like structure and change usually throws me off. You can read that post >>here<<.
I’ve been thinking about my schedule a lot over the last few days as I’ve had to juggle personal engagements with my art and blog work. I have wanted to have a consistent posting schedule on here and have committed to posting four days a week. I really love writing and having somewhere to ramble on about all the things and I’d like to have a set schedule for my posts so that I can streamline my work week.
I’ve decided to post on:
Having a set schedule will allow me to plan out my content better and my audience will know when to expect new posts from me too, so it’s a win-win situation.
Now for the exciting stuff
I’ve been umming and ahhhing about this idea for a while. I’ve mentioned it to Sean and my friends plenty over the last year but have never bitten the bullet and actually got on with it, but… I’m going to start a YouTube channel. I love the idea of putting out a vlog once a week showing what I’ve been up to. I think it will be a fun way to document everything we get up to and will also encourage me to get on with my work because if I don’t then I will have no content to show.
I’m hoping to post on my channel every Sunday and I expect that my video shooting and editing skills will leave a lot to be desired but it is a skill that I would like to learn. So wish me luck and I will update you when the channel goes live.
Love & Light to you all
